VIRTUAL VERMOUTH SESSION 1 - APPRENTICE LEVEL

About the class:

Join me on the Zoom platform for this one and a half hour virtual workshop. We will start with a brief introduction to vermouth - a presentation that explores and explains Vermouth's coloured cultural side, just to whet your verm-appetite.

After becoming verm-experts with the presentation, it's time to get our hands dirty as you join me in THE LAB (my kitchen) as I guide you through the process of creating your own homemade vermouth.

We will learn two methods:  the traditional slow-maceration method which takes several weeks, and the express method where we will have our insta-mouth (tm) ready for consumption within 24 hours.

Upon completing the class, you will have:

- Had a fun and unique experience, all while learning and gaining a new skill

- The ability to produce your own homemade vermouth

- A sound foundation of knowledge about Vermouth/Vermút, and how best to enjoy it

- A freshly prepared bottle of instamouth (tm) developed using the express method

- A bottle of vermouth macerating, to be ready for consumption within three weeks

I have simplified the process as much as possible that it can be produced using everyday kitchen items and mostly everyday ingredients.
