My name is Luke Watson and I am a huge enthusiast for vermouth. A VERMUTHIAST, if you will... I mean don't get me wrong, I'm also all about that vino, cocktails and not to mention a good ol-cuppa vibe- but vermút, that's my game...

I have my career in tour guiding to thank for many things and opportunities that I have learned and lived, and wine is no doubt one of them. 

The first step was when my friend and colleague Jon Lerner (Founder of Tailored Tours) invited me to host a vineyard and bodega tour in the Penedés Wine Region just outside of Barcelona. The velvet bubbles of cava mixed with the rolling vineyards and the majestic Montserrat mountain range seemed a divine calling. I wanted to know more.

I invested in an industry-standard course in Wine-Tasting- the WSET Level 2 with Fintan Kerr, the Wine Cuentista in Barcelona. He remains a vino-advisor of mine.

This opened the door and the mouth to an elevated wine experience, another level of appreciation for the God´s elixir.

That lead me to my next important collaboration, working with Devour Tours expanded my knowledge exponentially, getting the privilege to share bottles and bottles across cool local establishments and meet wine enthusiasts from across the world, it was fun and educational. Together with the Devour Barcelona team we did a Vermouth Production Workshop and learned how to produce the love potion - that was me falling in love with the potion.

I started off producing single batches for home consumption, and that soon developed into orders for my amigos, and then amigos of amigos.

And right now we are on a deeper Mission:

To open the world's eyes to VERMOUTH, the health benefits, it's

history & culture and why it is important. And to make VERMOUTH more accessible to VERMUTHIASTS across the globe.
